Sta*Ware BusinessNavigator with AI Adapter

Sta*Ware EDV Beratung GmbH from Starnberg is releasing a new version of its office and project management software with the SW3.04 release of the **StaWare BusinessNavigator E&P**.
New is the integrated AI adapter, which allows users to submit requests to various AI systems directly from the software.

Direct AI integration into the workflow

The new chat dialog allows selecting documents, emails, or notes from the current project and using them as the basis for an AI request.
During the chat, additional information can be added. The results generated by the AI system can be saved directly in BusinessNavigator as document, note, or email and further processed.

Currently, the AI adapter supports the following systems:

  • ChatGPT

  • OpenAI

  • Azure OpenAI

  • Ollama

  • Semantic Kernel

The list of connected systems is continuously expanding.

More efficient document creation and planning

Thanks to the integration, even complex reports and documents can be created with just a few clicks.
In the next step, project and staff planning will be optimized with AI support to automatically ensure optimal resource allocation in case of changes in ongoing projects.
