In addition to agility and adaptability, individual, easily implemented, end-to-end business processes are essential for the long-term use of an ERP system in companies.
Sta*Ware BusinessNavigator addresses exactly this. CRM, ERP, project management, document management, E-collaboration, controlling, business analytics, and quality management are all integrated in a single database-driven system. End-to-end processes, workflow automation, and simple, individual configuration precisely implement the digital organizational structure and automated control of Sta*Ware customers’ business processes and projects.
Implementation is carried out using the modular, database-based enterprise software Sta*Ware BusinessNavigator. The foundation is the Sta*Ware InfoCenter module, the pool of all projects and tasks within the system. The InfoCenter is complemented by the BusinessProcessEngine module. Through this, end-to-end process management and workflow automation within individually predefined workflows in project and process management are realized. Automated workflows govern processes and dependencies from proposal to final invoice, including contract review, order completion, project execution, quality control, and delivery.
At the same time, required data follows process chains across departments and with role-based access. Using the Sta*Ware TaskCenter and Sta*Ware Kanban Board, individual process steps, assignments, and deadlines are visualized. With Sta*Ware Business Analytics, all process data can be analyzed.
Sta*Ware BusinessNavigator optimizes end-to-end business processes in detail across the company. Up-to-date processes, smooth and targeted data flow, efficiency and productivity increases, and cost reduction are the results.
New, is the Sta*Ware solution Sta*Ware Engineers and Planners (Sta*Ware E&P). It includes the automation of business processes, projects, and office organization for engineering and planning offices.
In addition to commercial processes such as creating fee proposals according to HOAI 2009-2021, DIN 276, orders, progress invoices, and final invoices, Sta*Ware E&P also covers project management by service specifications, work phases, tasks, and assignments. Resource allocation and time tracking can be done directly in the project’s Gantt chart. Digitized communication, including emails, notes, and chats directly linked to individual tasks, as well as the integrated calendar, optimize collaboration. Documents are automatically created and plans are stored task-related. Database-driven reports on liquidity, vacation, unfinished work, actual vs. planned hours, and ad hoc real-time filters provide planning reliability. Supported by the Sta*Ware APP and Sta*Ware Portal, everyone from the managing director to engineers, project managers, draftsmen, back office staff, suppliers, and clients can work efficiently and productively hand in hand.
