Sta*Ware PMS

Project Management

Sta*Ware PMS supports dynamic and agile project work. It integrates the content-related, temporal, and commercial aspects of project management into a single system. In addition to the InfoCenter, tasks and activities can now be assigned in real time to the project team or responsible individuals directly from the project plan, and the progress of individual project steps in each phase can be read directly from the plan. This ensures automatic feedback to the plan, allowing immediate response to any deviations. Sta*Ware PMS is designed as a multi-project management system and includes resource utilization and capacity overviews. In addition to classic project management, agile project work is supported through freely definable Kanban boards.

In combination with the Sta*Ware App and the Sta*Ware Portal, external and field staff can be seamlessly integrated into complex projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and successfully.
